Daycare 

At the Treehouse, we understand how difficult it is for parents to leave their children in someone else's hands with the trust that their individual needs will be met.  That is why we believe that the small class size is ideal when working with young children.  Other than my two daughters, we only accept 4 other students.

Each day is structured and provides for exercise, story-time, circle/discussion time, music time, free play, rest time, outdoor play, art time, and much more.  Each week we will have a theme that will guide our learning activities for the week, and each day offers an assigned subject regarding that theme, including: Science, Music, Reading, Mathematics, and Cooking.

Upon registration, each parent will receive a packet that includes all fees and schedules, including daily activity schedule, meal plan, etc..  All meals and snacks are included in the fees.  Anticipating that all children are very eager to compare what they are being served versus their peers, and to avoid any hard feelings, we ask that no outside snacks or meals are brought in unless there is a specific dietary need for that child previously discussed with us.  The same goes with outside toys.  We will have specific days dedicated to show and tell and in those cases we will send home a letter well in advance to notify you.  These are the only times that we will permit outside toys to be brought into class.  We also ask that no toys or snacks are stored in the child's cubbies, backpacks, or jackets, for the same reasons. 

For infants, formula, diapers, and wipes are not provided.  We ask that each child have their own formula, diapers, and wipes that will stay here at the center with the child's name on it to be used only by your child.  If the parent does not provide their own, an extra fee of $5 will be charged each day that stock supplies are used.  The parent may also choose to have the daycare regularly supply these items for an additional fee of $15 per week.

All of these policies will also be included in the registration packet.  We want every parent to feel confident and aware of all policies, procedures, and we are available if you ever have any questions or suggestions.  We do not believe that this is "just daycare", but the beginning of each child's educational journey.  We welcome and encourage each parent to begin their involvement in their child's education here at the Treehouse.

Drop-in Care

We do offer drop-in care as needed, both during regular hours as well as after hours.  We also offer evening hours as well as weekend care as needed.  Drop-in care should be pre-arranged by each parent as soon as possible, but as long as we have an opening, we will accept children.  However, since we only accept 4 children at a time, it is at the parent's best interest that drop in care be prearranged as soon as possible in order to guarantee a spot for that day.  Since drop in care is not a regular enrollment, at any time should we have 4 children enrolled full time, we will no longer accept drop ins during regular hours, but will continue to have after hour drop in service.  

After School Care

We only offer after school care if transportation is provided by either the parent or the school bus.  We do not currently offer transportation to or from school.

Tuition/Fees

Tuition can either be paid monthly or weekly.  Generally, if paid monthly, tuition is due on the first operating day of the month.  If paid weekly, tuition is due each Monday.  A late fee of $10 will be charged per day until the account is current.  That said, we are fully aware that things come up, and as long as you are up front and honest with us, we will continue to work with you as far as payments.  We am always open to discussing any payment schedule that would meet your needs.

Discounts will be provided for parents with 2 or more children.
